Through inter­nal brand enga­ge­ment, Hawaiian Tel­com crea­ted a shared sense of pur­pose for its employees and a pledge to offer a dis­tinctly Hawaiian ser­vice to its cust­o­mers. The result? The com­pany is emer­ging from Chap­ter 11 and was named one of the »2010 Best Pla­ces to Work« in Hawaii by Hawaii Busi­ness magazine.
